Seeking material that challenges and overcomes stereotypical, patronising, and sentimental attitudes about disability. Writers with and without disabilities are welcome to submit their work. Writers should avoid using offensive language and always put the person before the disability.
All MSS should be submitted by email or through the website. Poetry submissions should consist of up to five poems and use strong imagery and evocative language. Short stories should demonstrate effective technique, thought-provoking subject matter, and a mature grasp of the art of story-telling.
