During this sign-up process you will be offered the opportunity of submitting front-cover images of your publication. These must be a 60x90 pixels thumbnail version and a 100x150 pixels full-size version and may be either gifs or jpegs. You may wish to prepare these before you continue if you would like them included in your listing.  

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You must also provide at least one type of material handled, a full and accurate description, and at least one valid means of contact for your listing to be accepted (this may be telephone, fax, email, or postal address).
