A young fiction publishing house which focuses on giving student and graduate authors the opportunity they deserve.

Here it isn't the soliciting of a manuscript by literary agents that matters to us. Instead, we only accept submissions from those who have the qualifications, or those working towards acquiring them. As the only publisher in the UK to implement such a policy, we believe that the investment of time and effort to further one's self and improve the standard of one's work deserves to be rewarded.

After all, Creative Writing degrees have been offered at several institutions across the UK for so long now, but when it comes down to it, the wider publishing industry still seems to perceive these qualifications to be barely worth the paper that the award certificates are printed on. Not any more. Here we give these qualifications the credit they deserve.

So, whether you're a university student or graduate with ambitions of becoming a professional fiction author, an institute of higher education or book retailer who may be interested in getting involved, or just someone who wants to take a look at what today's emerging literary talent has to offer, then --- is here for YOU.

We accept fiction of all genres and all lengths- full length novels, novellas and short stories*. In responding to submissions we make an effort to supply constructive feedback whenever possible, citing the key reasons for our decision and outlining the strengths and weaknesses of your work. And if we do decide to take your work on, we'll be here for you, ready to give you our support and guidance whenever you need it, working closely with you at every stage of the editing process to make your work the best it can can be.

To submit your work to us, simply send up to three sample chapters and a one -paragraph blurb, together with a brief section (no more than 600 word s long) outlining your credentials and explaining why you and your work deserve to get published, to us by email. And until the 13th May 2012, unless you let us know that you don't want them to be, any submissions will also be entered into our competition, with the opportunity to get your work published in an anthology and win a cash prize!

*-those submitting short stories will need to send the entirety of the work, along with a full synopsis instead of a blurb.
