Very fast and friendly. They are approachable and open unlike the big companies that advertise all over the internet (not sure if I'm allowed to give names!)

They are publishing my comedy novel. Spent ages with them working through various bits. They made some good suggestions for improvements. I know they charge so therefore not for everybody, but very straightforward and efficient. Fantastic cover design. Also very low costs compared to most out there.

These are a partnership publisher although their costs are very low. I had a book accepted with a different publisher before but they wouldn't take my latest novel as it wasn't their genre. Tried these guys. Very impressed. Fast and helpful. Was expecting to find all sorts of hidden extras, but there were none. Very straightforward. Would recommend.
