Be wary of these guys. As with ALL publishers & agents, check up on them! There are too many operations that take advantage of new authors. Apparently they have no publicity or distribution in place, and they pay royalties based on NET, rather than gross, as traditional publishers do.

WestBank did exactly what they promised -- they read my manuscript in precisely the time they said they would, and offered me an excellent contract. They don't charge fees, and my book will go to press, if all goes according to plan, in 2008. I have the impression that I'm dealing with honest people who really want to do something good in publishing.
