This agent is a racist. She doesn't judge the quality of your writing, she judges the colour of your skin, your gender, and whether or not you identify as a different gender from when you were born. She wants to "get boys excited" with "characters they can relate to", but doesn't want those characters to be written by white men? Maybe women can write these characters, but I thought you got cancelled for writing from a perspective that wasn't your own.
