User feedback

Sent a theatre script to Philippe Carden in July 2012 by email with covering letter in format prescribed by their submission guidelines on the website. No acknowledgement. Followed up with pleasant query 6 weeks later. No reply. Draw your own conclusions but I dislike agencies that do not at least acknowledge receipt
