When we launched in 2005, we set out to focus on non-fiction and wanted to build a collaborative, creative, market-driven agency. Twenty years on, a few of our clients also write fiction. We still believe that authors can change the world through books, and that a successful career as a writer starts with an excellent book proposal. Authors need someone in their corner – not only to find the right publisher but to navigate and prepare for each stage of the publishing process, from pitch to publication, from the lonely days of honing the manuscript to building a writing career from the first book onwards.Approaches
