I submitted an e-mail query to this operation on February 15, 2008. As of April 30, 2008, I had not recieved a reply.

After requesting the first two chapters of my ms, he sent me a rejection letter with hand-written suggestions on how to make my story and my writing better. I was so used to form rejections I was shocked. He took the time to actually read the work and then help me, not many agents do that. My suggestion is if you're ready for the big time, and I'm not quite there, Nolan Radke would be a stellar agent to have represent you.
