I have submitted twice to Mainhardt in three years and have never even received the courtesy of a photocopied reply in the self-addressed envelope I provided as per her standards. Not even a polite "no thank you." Nothing. My advice is not to bother with this one. Contemptible.

Ricia got back to me within one week. There were some minor conastructive comments on my first few pages, but they want to see more after i consider the changes. Tough but probably right, and they took the time to point it out.
