How to reduce, stop, or increase the number of InstantAlerts you receive

You can control the number of Daily Alerts you receive at https://www.firstwriter.com/subscriber/instantalerts/index.cgi

This page shows you your current settings and includes buttons to change your selection. Click one of these buttons to proceed.

The next page includes a button that allows you to stop all InstantAlerts instantly with one click.

If you would like to reduce the number of alerts you receive you can refine your selection by selecting fewer databases, fewer countries, and fewer types of material.

If you would like to increase the number of alerts you receive you can broaden the scope of your alerts by selecting more databases, more countries, and more types of material.

Once you have made any changes to reduce or increase the number of alerts you receive it is important that you click the "Apply and Save Changes" button on the last page of the process. If you do not click this button then none of your changes will be saved.

If you press the button to stop all InstantAlerts, however, the change will be applied and saved instantly.
