How to use a voucher / coupon / promotional code

If you have been given a voucher, coupon, or promotional code for use when subscribing to firstwriter.com you can use it by beginning the subscription process as normal at https://www.firstwriter.com/subscribe.

Please note that these codes can only be used when creating a subscription – they cannot be used to pay any recurring future payments.

During the subscription process there will be a box where you can enter these codes. Once your code has been applied you will be shown the subscription options with the discount applied.

At this point, the value has already been removed from your code, so it is important that you continue and complete the process. If you do not complete the process, or if you back out of the process and try to complete it again, value will be lost from your code and you will need to contact us through https://www.firstwriter.com/contactus to have the value returned to your code. Please ensure that you explain the situation fully and provide the code in question.
