What to do it your payment is failing

If your payment is failing then the easiest way of resolving the matter is usually to simply wait till your account closes, and then re-open it at https://www.firstwriter.com/subscribe

Make sure that you wait for confirmation from firstwriter.com, rather than acting on emails sent by WorldPay or PayPal. If you try and re-open your firstwriter.com account before it is actually closed you'll run into difficulty!

While it is possible to update your payment details with WorldPay and PayPal you will find in most cases (particularly with WorldPay) that it is quicker and easier to just resubscribe.

With PayPal you will probably have to go through the steps of updating your payment details in your PayPal account no matter what, but you may also find that you need to resubscribe anyway.
