How to update your credit or debit card details (WorldPay)
Information on how to update your card details with WorldPay can be found at https://support.worldpay.com/support/shopper/kb/shoppermanagementsystem/sms5100.html.
If you don't have your WorldPay login details any more (they are not the same as your firstwriter.com login details!) you can retrieve them through the WorldPay system – you'll just need your email address and your FuturePay Agreement ID.
You can find your FuturePay agreement by going to https://www.firstwriter.com/subscriber/payment_details.cgi. You'll need to be logged in to access this page – if you need any help logging in go to https://www.firstwriter.com/subscribe/login_help/login_assistant.cgi.
However, if you are having problems with your payments you may find it easier to just wait till your firstwriter.com account closes and then re-open it with a new payment agreement at https://www.firstwriter.com/subscribe. Just make sure that you wait for confirmation from firstwriter.com that your account has actually closed before you try to re-open it.
