If you don't have your WorldPay login details any more (they are not the same as your login details!) you can retrieve them through the WorldPay system – you'll just need your email address and your FuturePay Agreement ID.

However, if you are having problems with your payments you may find it easier to just wait till your account closes and then re-open it with a new payment agreement at Just make sure that you wait for confirmation from that your account has actually closed before you try to re-open it.
