What to do if you haven't received the account activation email
Sometimes, email service providers misidentify our activation emails as SPAM, and don't deliver them.
If you've successfully created your account but haven't received the account activation email, please email support at firstwriter.com from the address you signed up with, requesting your account be activated. We will then do this manually for you. Please allow up to two working days for activation, though in most cases it will be done in a matter of hours.
Please ensure that you send the email from the same email address you signed up with, in order to help verify it is correct.
Please do not send a blank or unclear email, or it may be accidentally deleted as spam.
