In November it will be 100 years since the end of the First World War. I came up with this idea...

THE END OF...

Poems, stories, articles ‒ whatever you want. Call your work "The End of" and fill in the end. You can write about the end of the war if you wish but here are some ideas:

The Road; Love; The Rainbow; The Season (spring, summer, autumn, winter); Time; The World; The Day; Hope; Life; Crime; The Snake; Death; The Tunnel; School; Work; The Holiday.

This is a competition but entry is free. The closing date is 1 October 2018. The winning poem, story and article will appear in the November issue. Other work will be held on file. The three prizes will be small surprise gifts. Don’t forget to indicate if you have written a story, a true story or an article. Work can be any length.

The September 2018 issue is now out. There is a free sci-fi story booklet with it.
